Extia in Barcelona is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI Agents and automation solutions that streamline business processes across the organization.

You will collaborate with international stakeholders, requiring fluent Spanish and English (C1+). You’ll contribute to the company’s AI Community of Practice and stay at the forefront of Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on with AI agents and automated workflows.
• Fluent English and native Spanish for international collaboration.
• Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Strong integration of AI solutions into business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents using modern AI technologies.
• Build automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop AI-driven workflows for simple and complex processes.
• Optimize AI models, prompts, and agent frameworks for production readiness.
• Collaborate with international teams in English.
