You will verify subcontractor prequalifications, review risk assessments, plan health and safety files, conduct training, and lead weekly safety meetings. A Dip OHS and at least 5 years' experience are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Dip OHS or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction health and safety.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management tools.

Aufgaben

• Verify subcontractors meet health and safety prequalification standards.
• Review methodologies, risk assessments and method statements.
• Support creation and maintenance of Construction Phase Plan and HSE files.
• Ensure induction and training for all site personnel.
• Review training records for compliance.
• Lead weekly toolbox talks and safety planning.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
