Openbank, Santander Group's global digital consumer bank, is seeking a Cards & Payments Product Innovation Specialist based in Madrid. You will drive the evolution of the cards and payments proposition with a fintech mindset, identifying customer needs, market trends and new business opportunities and turning them into simple, distinctive and scalable digital products.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Design, Technology or similar.
• Knowledge of payments, cards, fintech, digital commerce and customer experience is valued (preferred).
• High level of English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify unmet customer needs and translate them into differentiated product concepts.
• Define product vision, value proposition and opportunity pipeline.
• Define customer journeys, business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Digital Channels, UX, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
• Assess market developments and identify partnerships to grow customer proposition.
