Kudelski Security is seeking a Security Analyst Level 1 for Madrid in a 24/7, full-time MDR operation. You will monitor alerts, perform initial triage, and escalate as needed while adhering to SOC playbooks.

You’ll work within a multi-client SOC environment under the SOC Manager and a 15-20 person L1 team. You bring 1+ year in cybersecurity/IT, familiarity with SIEM/EDR, and strong English/Spanish communication.

Formación

• 1+ year in cybersecurity/IT operations or SOC training.
• Initial to intermediate SIEM/EDR exposure.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Familiarity with incident response methodologies (NIST/SANS).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 shift-based operation.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and triage security alerts from SIEM/EDR/firewalls/OT to determine escalation needs.
• Perform first-level incident analysis and classification following SOPs.
• Escalate confirmed or complex incidents to Tier 2 with detailed docs.
• Respond to alerts within SLAs and document investigation steps.
• Uphold policies, procedures, and data security.
• Participate in shift handovers for investigation continuity.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction via professional communication.
• Maintain accurate priority, categorization, and documentation.
