Kudelski Security in Madrid is seeking a Security Analyst Level 1 to join a 24/7 MDR operation. You will monitor, triage, and validate alerts across a multi-client SOC, documenting investigations and escalating where needed.

You will work in a structured SOC environment, handling SLAs, shift handovers, and collaboration with Tier 2 and customers, using AI-assisted workflows and modern security tooling to learn and grow in a global security services provider.

Formación

• 1+ year in cybersecurity, IT ops, or related field.
• Familiarity with SIEM/EDR platforms for log analysis and detection.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and triage security alerts across multiple technologies.
• Perform first-level incident analysis and classification per SOPs/playbooks.
• Escalate with clear documentation to Tier 2 with evidence and actions.
• Respond to alerts within SLAs and document investigation steps.
• Participate in shift handovers and ensure ownership of next actions.
• Maintain high data-handling and security policy adherence.
• Engage with customers professionally to convey findings.
