Kudelski Security in Madrid is seeking a Tier 2 SOC Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert in our multi-client SOC environment. You will optimize security tools, investigate escalated incidents from Tier 1, and mentor junior analysts while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires advanced SIEM/EDR experience, cloud security know-how, and scripting skills. You will collaborate with Product teams, respond to 24/7 on-call incidents, and help shape security operations across our

Formación

• 4+ years in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or threat analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proven track record in SOC and international/global environment.
• Advanced proficiency with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).

Responsabilidades

• Use AI to support continuous improvement work: refining incident templates, proposing workflow enhancements, and SOP updates.
• Propose enhancement on tools and workflow.
• Respond in a timely manner (SLA) to support tickets.
• Document actions in tickets for clear communication internally and to customers.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and security best practices.
• Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and overall success of managed services.
• Be available for incoming client calls.
• Mentor fellow Security Engineers and Security Analysts.
• Optimize SIEM rules and detection logic to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy.
• Validate Go-to-Active and Go-to-Prod gates for new clients.
• Continuously improve incident templates and automation.
• Support rollout of new rule sets for clients.
• Qualify, analyze, and provide recommendations for new data sources.
