Kudelski Security in Madrid is seeking a Security Analyst Level 1 to join our 24x7 MDR operations within the Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) / SOC.

You monitor, triage, and validate alerts across a multi-client SOC environment, escalate confirmed threats to Tier 2, and document steps and evidence for effective resolution.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to security policies while rotating shifts including weekends.

Formación

• 1+ year in cybersecurity, IT operations, or a related field.
• Initial to intermediate exposure to SIEM/EDR/XDR for log analysis.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, MITRE ATT&CK, and security architecture.
• Familiarity with incident response methodologies (NIST/SANS).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Nice to have: CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CEH, or BTL1 (or in progress).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and triage security alerts to determine actions.
• Perform first-level incident analysis, validation, and classification.
• Escalate to Tier 2 with complete documentation.
• Respond to alerts within defined SLAs and document investigations.
• Maintain data-handling policies and support shift handovers.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through professional communication.
