A leading company in renewable energy, Nordex Group, is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the assembly and start-up of molds in concrete tower factories. The ideal candidate will have technical studies in Engineering or Mechanics and relevant assembly experience. This role includes logistics coordination, communication with quality departments, and ensuring timely material procurement.

Formación

• At least one year of experience in product assembly.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Valid driving license and availability for long-term on-site stays.

Tasks

• Coordination of the assembly and start-up of molds and equipment in concrete tower factories.
• Coordination of assembly and subcontracting teams.
• Communication with the quality department and follow-up to guarantee correct manufacturing.
• Responsible for the global implementation of tools and means.
• Logistics coordination including loading, unloading, and expeditions. Supervision of start-up and initial parts for new projects.
• Supporting the maintenance manager (inventory, overhauls, spare parts).
• Updating and improving procedures and dimensional controls.
• Initial planning before the start of construction of new factories.
• Securing materials in a timely manner to facilitate assembly and construction tasks of the concrete tower factory.

Your Profile

• Technical studies completed in Mechanics, Engineering, or similar fields.
• At least one year of experience in product assembly.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Responsible and reliable individual.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Organizational capacity and ability to make quick decisions.
• Valid driving license.
• Availability for long-term on-site stays.
• Experience in welding, metal cutting, and boilermaking is an asset.
