Job Description:

TASKS:

  • Coordinate the assembly and start-up of molds and equipment in concrete tower factories.
  • Coordinate assembly and subcontracting teams.
  • Communicate with the quality department and follow up to guarantee correct manufacturing.
  • Implement and oversee tools and means globally.
  • Coordinate logistics including loading, unloading, and expeditions. Supervise start-up and initial parts for new projects.
  • Support the maintenance manager with inventory, overhauls, and spare parts.
  • Update and improve procedures and dimensional controls.
  • Plan prior to the start of new factory constructions.
  • Ensure timely and proper securing of materials for assembly and construction tasks.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Completed technical studies in Mechanics, Engineering, or similar fields.
  • At least one year of experience in product assembly.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Strong social interaction skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to make quick decisions.
  • Driving license.
  • Willingness to stay long-term on site.
  • Experience in welding, metal cutting, and boilermaking is advantageous.
