Sonae Arauco seeks a Machine Vision / ML Trainee to collaborate on innovative projects involving machine vision and machine learning. Ideal candidates are engineering students or recent graduates, possessing programming skills in Python or C++. The opportunity also allows for thesis preparation based on project work, within a renowned and sustainability-focused company.

Formación

• Students in final year or recent graduates in relevant engineering or science fields.
• Proficiency in English at a medium to high level.

Position : Machine Vision / ML Trainee Profile

Graduates or students in their final year of Engineering (Industrial, Electronic, Automation, Computer Science, Telecommunications) or Physics, Mathematics.

The trainee will collaborate with our Competence Center to develop machine vision and machine learning applications across various plants in the group.

Required language skills : Medium to high level of English.

Hard Skills

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and / or C++
• Knowledge of Machine Vision, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning
• Experience with Image Acquisition, Matlab, OpenCV

Attributes : Quick learner, problem solver, proactive.

Opportunity to prepare the final thesis (TFG or TFM) based on the project developed during the training period.
