Formación

  • 1+ year of machining experience in Part 145 or Part 21G organization.
  • 3+ years of machining experience in aircraft or automotive industry.

Job Description:

Ryanair Engineering, delivered by SIAM, is one of six facilities in Europe providing Heavy Maintenance services to the Ryanair fleet. Located in Seville, our facility conducts extensive base maintenance checks on Ryanair’s Boeing 737-800 aircraft. SIAM SL (Spanish International Aircraft Maintenance) offers an exciting opportunity for both entry-level and experienced professionals to join our dedicated Machine Shop team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Fabricating and repairing aircraft parts and components using approved processes such as CNC machining and lathing.
  2. Maintaining high standards of work in all tasks.
  3. Completing appropriate documentation accurately.
  4. Complying with all company procedures, policies, regulations, and MOE.
  5. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  6. Adhering to the company's Health and Safety policies.
Requirements:

Mandatory (candidates not meeting these will not be considered):

  • Relevant education or previous experience in the aircraft industry (accredited).
  • Ability to understand written technical English and basic communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights.
  • Availability to travel abroad for training and experience at different Ryanair bases.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT tools.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 1 year of machining experience (lathe, CNC) within a Part 145 or Part 21G organization.
  • At least 3 years of machining experience (lathe, CNC) in the aircraft or automotive industry.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proven organizational skills.
