Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description :

We're seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy scalable ML solutions in our fast-paced, data-rich environment. You'll work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to drive real business outcomes through personalized customer experiences, risk profiling, and responsible gaming.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data pre-processing to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models and turn prototypes into reliable, scalable systems.
• Work closely with product managers and domain experts to understand business needs and translate them into ML solutions.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure for model training, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
• Contribute to the development of Real-time inference systems and microservices using ML models.
• Use ML to support key areas such as player retention, game recommendations, personalization, fraud detection, and player risk profiling.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Strong experience in applied machine learning with models in production.

Solid programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Experience building and deploying ML models using cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker).

Good understanding of data pipelines, APIs, containers (Docker), and version control (Git).

Experience working with large-scale datasets and SQL or NoSQL databases.
