Job Description:

Machine Learning Engineer (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Analytics, Pricing) *Remote*.

Are you a talented technologist with strong Python skills and experience managing the lifecycle of Machine Learning models? You could be joining a successful car insurance company that prioritizes technology and engineering. The company's platform is highly complex, processing millions of data points to provide accurate insurance quotes within 60 seconds.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will join the Pricing team, working closely with Quant Analysts and Python Engineers. You will guide the team's growth in Machine Learning, handling continuous delivery for innovative ML solutions. Your typical day involves defining development methodologies, creating essential tools, and experimenting with emerging ML technologies.

The company is based in Madrid, but remote work is possible within Madrid, the Netherlands, Amsterdam, or the UK.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, managing ML model lifecycle
• Proficiency with ML libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with pricing systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus but not essential
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Expected salary up to €90k plus benefits.
