Job summary

Dow Jones ищет ML-инженера для интеграции моделей в конвейеры, разработки инфраструктуры NLP и развёртывания в облаке. Требуется опыт 2–4 года, знание Python и фреймворков NLP, работа с Docker/Kubernetes и базовыми облачными сервисами.

Кандидат будет работать над системами обработки больших объемов данных и поддержкой инфраструктуры для GenAI. В офисе в Барселоне, гибридный режим возможен в рамках команды.

Qualifications

• Опыт 2–4 года в ML-инженерии, Data Science или Data Engineering.
• Строгий уровень знания Python и/или другого языка для ML.
• Опыт работы с NLP и фреймворками: PyTorch, HuggingFace, SpaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn.
• Опыт разработки и управления NLP‑инфраструктурой: хранение, индексация, извлечение.

Responsibilities

• Интеграция моделей ML в ML‑пайплайны, включая подготовку данных, дообучение и развёртывание.
• Разработка оптимизированных систем хранения и индексации для NLP.
• Разработка инструментов и фреймворков для обучения, подбора параметров и оценки моделей.
• Интеграция моделей в продакшн через облачную инфраструктуру.
• Мониторинг точности и эффективности моделей, устранение проблем и обновлений.
• Построение и поддержка конвейеров обработки больших объемов структурированных и неструктурированных данных.
• Ведение документации по ML‑инфраструктуре и поддержке процессов.
• Отслеживание тенденций в GenAI, NLP, ML и IR, применение лучших практик и облачных сервисов.

• Integrate ML models into AI/ML pipelines, including preprocessing, fine-tuning, and deployment
• Implement optimized data storage and indexing systems for NLP
• Develop tools and frameworks for model training, tuning, and evaluation
• Integrate models into production using cloud infrastructure as needed
• Monitor and improve model accuracy and efficiency
• Support ML models, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates
• Build and maintain data processing pipelines for large volumes of structured and unstructured data

Требования

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM field
• 2–4 Years of industrial experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or data engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or another high‑level language commonly used in machine learning
• Experience with NLP and machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, spaCy, NLTK, or scikit‑learn
• Experience developing and managing NLP‑focused data infrastructure, including storage, indexing, and retrieval systems
• Proficiency in vector storage, indexing, and graph database technologies for scalable cloud operations
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services such as AWS or GCP
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes on cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Git
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for teamwork
