ADP ищет специалиста по машинному обучению для разработки и внедрения ML-решений в глобальной HCM-платформе. Работа в Agile-командах с упором на архитектуру данных, API и инфраструктуру.

Кандидат будет строить и развивать генеративные AI-модели, использовать LLMs, embeddings и RAG, а также внедрять практики MLOps и CI/CD. Требуется глубокий англ. язык и опыт работы с AWS, Databricks и SageMaker.

Formación

• Степень бакалавра в CS/инженерии/математике или смежной области.
• 3–5 лет опыта в релевантных навыках.
• Продвинутый уровень английского.
• Сильное владение Python и современными ML-фреймворками.
• ОпытBuilding и развёртывания Generative AI с LLMs, embeddings, RAG, агентные рабочие процессы.
• Опыт с AWS, Databricks, MLflow и CI/CD.
• Знакомство с NoSQL/векторными БД и MLOps/LLMOps.
• Плюс: степень магистра.

Responsabilidades

• Сотрудничать с инженерными и продуктовыми командами в Agile для выявления и реализации ML-решений.
• Вносить вклад в ML-архитектуру, инфраструктуру, пайплайны данных и API.
• Разрабатывать данные продукты, ML-модели и системы для UX HCM.
• Исследовать и применять новые ML-методы для инноваций.
• Писать код и документацию, устанавливать практики для адаптивных, высокопроизводительных моделей и систем.
• Наставлять сотрудников и помогать им брать на себя более сложные задачи.

ADP is a global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions covering HR, payroll, talent, time, tax, and benefits administration. It also provides business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.

Задачи:

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams in an Agile environment to identify, design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions;
• Contribute to ML architecture, infrastructure, data pipelines, and APIs;
• Design and implement data products, machine learning models, and systems to optimize the HCM system user experience;
• Research and apply new machine learning techniques to drive innovation;
• Write code and documentation, and define best practices for adaptive, high-performing, continuously learning AI models and systems;
• Mentor team members as they become familiar with the team, environment, and resources, then help them take on more challenging work.

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field;
• 3–5 Years of experience in relevant skills in the same or a similar role;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks;
• Experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows;
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Step Functions, SageMaker), Databricks, MLflow, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Familiarity with vector and NoSQL databases, cloud-native architectures, MLOps/LLMOps practices, model evaluation, and scalable AI application development;
• Knowledge of design patterns and data structures;
• Nice to have: a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field;
• experience with non-relational databases such as NoSQL and vector databases;
• understanding of data products such as recommender systems, classifiers, and chatbots.
