We are looking for a Tech Lead to lead cutting-edge Generative AI and Machine Learning projects. If you're passionate about shaping AI solutions and leading a talented team, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver Generative AI solutions at scale.
2. Design and implement AI systems using foundation models, LLMs, and multimodal models.
3. Drive the MLOps / LLMOps strategy, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring of AI models.
4. Keep up to date with the latest developments in Generative AI, incorporating new technologies and tools.
5. Foster a culture of best practices, high-quality documentation, and continuous learning within the team.

What we’re looking for :

1. 2+ years of technical leadership experience in AI / ML teams.
2. Strong experience with generative models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Diffusion models) applied to real-world use cases.
3. Proficiency in Python and SQL (bonus: PySpark, NoSQL).
4. Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings.
5. Familiarity with GenAI platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Google Vertex AI.
6. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and tools like Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD.
7. Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch is a plus.

Soft Skills :

• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with an ability to think analytically.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
