About the Role :
As the VP of Cloud & Infrastructure, you will define and execute a cutting-edge cloud platform strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence. You’ll lead a global team across cloud, on-premise, security, and network operations, driving efficiency, innovation, and compliance in a 24 / 7 mission-critical IT environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a Cloud Platform Strategy aligned with business goals.
- Ensure efficient use of common infrastructure across the group.
- Lead the IT Infrastructure Operations team, optimizing scalability, security, and performance.
- Platform Infrastructure Operations
- Oversee Cloud & On-Premises Infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design and operate modern software deployment (CI / CD, DevSecOps, Infrastructure-as-Code).
- Lead and optimize Network Operations Center (NOC) performance.
- Security, Compliance & Risk Management
- Lead Information Security Operations (SOC) and collaborate with the CISO on security architecture.
- Drive security best practices, zero-trust architecture, and IAM strategies.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with senior executives to drive technology innovation and investment.
- Manage the infrastructure budget (Cloud & On-Premise), optimizing costs and resources.
What We’re Looking For :
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years in senior technology leadership (VP of Engineering, VP of Cloud, or similar).
- Proven expertise in modern software architectures, infrastructure-as-code, and SaaS / PaaS solutions.
Technical & Leadership Skills :
- Hands-on experience managing Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred, AWS, or GCP).
- Deep knowledge of Microservices, API Gateways, Event-Driven Architectures, Databases (NoSQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Proficiency in DevSecOps, CI / CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi), and Database Management.
- Strong expertise in network security & operations (Firewall, Load Balancing, SIEM, etc.).
- Solid grasp of enterprise security and compliance best practices.
