The Gig

We are currently hiring a Regional Marketing Manager to oversee all our Campus Marketing activities globally. You will collaborate with campus growth marketers to develop and implement marketing plans to meet admissions and revenue goals at both campus and country levels. This is a new position reporting directly to our CMO, Tom McCarty. It is a remote-friendly role, based anywhere in Spain or Portugal, and is a contractor position.

Responsibilities
  • Guide campus growth marketers to develop and execute local marketing plans.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of marketing activities to identify successful strategies.
  • Develop a marketing tactics playbook and best practices for use across campuses.
  • Create a campus marketing calendar to coordinate activities.
  • Review campaign performance and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Coordinate between global and campus marketing teams.
  • Gather insights on students, competitors, and campaign performance.
  • Serve as liaison between campus marketing and creative teams.
  • Assist Campus Growth Managers with daily tasks.
  • Work with Campus General Managers to assess marketing team performance.
  • Define marketing goals and KPIs for campuses.
  • Support overall marketing team initiatives.
  • Collaborate with admission managers as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Regional Marketing Manager.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience, ideally in a matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices.
  • Experience organizing local and regional events.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
  • Experience with marketing software and tools.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with good time management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
