Agilent Technologies Inc. is seeking a Temporary Contracts Specialist to join the EMEA Commercial Contracts Team in Barcelona for a 12-month M&A integration project.

You will prepare documentation, manage data in SAP and CLM tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard an acquired company. Responsibilities include creating and validating contracts, maintaining records, and generating reports using Excel, Spotfire, and other enterprise tools.

Formación

• Eye for detail and strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities in a project.
• Proactive, adaptable, collaborative and comfortable handling ambiguity while learning new processes.
• Strong understanding of contract terminology and following predefined contract language.

Responsabilidades

• Create, validate and implement contracts accurately and on time.
• Prepare contract documentation based on approved templates and ensure consistency with project instructions.
• Support post-contracting activities including signature coordination, system entry and data maintenance in SAP and CLM tools.
• Maintain accurate contract records with metadata, status updates and supporting docs.
• Create and update reports using Excel, SAP/HANA, Spotfire and CLM platform.
• Track project actions and dependencies to support timely integration activities.
• Contract data migration, cleansing and validation.
• Test contract processes and workflows in SAP and CLM tools.
• Prepare routing data analysis and project reporting.
• Support process documentation and lessons learned during the integration project.
