ACL Partners, Madrid-based independent corporate finance advisory, is seeking an M&A Associate to support live transactions and take growing responsibility across the deal process. You will work directly with senior bankers and clients across origination, analysis, execution and negotiation.

This execution-focused role offers exposure to buy-side and sell-side mandates across Spain and Europe, with strong development opportunities in a lean, high-performing team.

Formación

• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in M&A or related advisory.
• Strong transaction execution experience from initial analysis to completion.
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience preparing information memoranda, presentations and models.
• Fluency in Spanish and professional English.
• Commercially minded with ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Support execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and deal coordination.
• Build and review financial models, valuations, and scenarios (DCF, comps).
• Prepare client materials: information memoranda, presentations, pitch books, valuations.
• Conduct company, sector and market analysis to support positioning and decisions.
• Coordinate due diligence with clients, advisers, accountants and counterparties.
• Manage buyer/investor research and outreach for domestic and cross-border deals.
• Support senior teams in meetings and negotiations throughout the process.
• Take increasing ownership of workstreams and junior coordination as experience grows.
