Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate in Madrid to join our Valuation & Modelling Services team. The role involves working on diverse valuation and modelling engagements across Europe and contributing to high-profile assignments.

You will perform data and valuation analyses, write client reports, and develop relationships with clients while benefiting from on-the-job learning, training programs, and cross-border collaboration within our European team.

Formación

• Demonstrable valuations and modelling experience gained at a reputable consulting firm, investment bank or independent valuation firm
• Strong educational background and exceptional academic record, including a strong focus on Finance and/or Mathematics
• Solid financial modelling skills and experience building or reviewing integrated financial models
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent business level Spanish and English are essential. Additional European languages are highly valued
• Ambitious with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture
• Experience in infrastructure, energy or related sectors is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Work on diverse valuation and modelling engagements across Europe
• Perform high-quality data and valuation analyses based on various valuation methodologies
• Write client reports and other deliverables for high profile assignments
• Build relationships with clients through exceptional day-to-day project management and execution
• Gain exposure to senior members of the team, leveraging on their substantial experience to learn on the job in addition to formal technical and soft skills training programs offered by A&M globally
• You will be encouraged to network internally with our other service lines and to participate in external marketing events
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and clients, gaining early exposure to deal dynamics and decision-making processes
