BBVA Advisory is seeking an experienced M&A professional to lead day-to-day execution of buy-side and sell-side transactions, coordinating across internal teams and external advisers. You will own workplans, due diligence, and financial analyses, while guiding junior staff and delivering high-quality deal materials.

Required are advanced financial modeling, strong accounting/valuation skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Master’s in Finance or CFA level/charter is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, accounting, corporate finance, and valuation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from initial assessment through signing and closing.
• Own transaction workplans, timelines, key deliverables, due diligence processes, and coordination across internal stakeholders and external advisers.
• Assess and structure transactions, financing alternatives, synergies, and strategic considerations for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance materials and senior management presentation packages with clear rationale and risks.
• Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities through sector knowledge and market intelligence.
• Oversee information memorandums, teasers, pitch books, and other deal materials for quality control.
• Lead deal teams, coach Associates/Analysts, and ensure high standards of execution and accountability.
