• German and English fluency at C2 level, written and spoken.
• University degree or equivalent in tourism preferred.
• Several years of travel industry experience with tour operator or agency.
• Knowledge of GDS, preferably Amadeus.
• Passion for luxury travel, gastronomy, events and culture.

Responsabilidades

• Advising premium customers by telephone and email in German and English.
• Handling enquiries, from quotes to invoicing for bespoke trips.
• Making bookings with airlines, hotels and travel agencies.
• Preparing quotes and travel documents, and drafting itineraries.
