Euro London Appointments Ltd is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant (m/f/d) fluent in German and English to join a global luxury concierge team in a hybrid setup. You will handle premium client inquiries, prepare bespoke itineraries, and book flights, hotels and services worldwide.

The role emphasizes knowledge of luxury travel, strong communication, and a passion for gastronomy, events and culture. Hybrid model offers flexible work arrangements including remote options.

Formación

• Excellent command of professional German and English, both written and spoken (C2)
• French or Italian is a plus
• University degree or equivalent in tourism
• Several years experience in travel industry with tour operator or agency
• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus preferred) and destinations
• Passion for luxury travel, gastronomy, events and culture

Responsabilidades

• Advise premium cardholders by telephone and email in German and English
• Handle customer enquiries from quotes to invoicing
• Make bookings with airlines, hotels and travel agencies
• Prepare bespoke quotes and travel documents, itineraries
• Advise on and arrange luxury travel experiences
• Promote special promotions and exclusive offers
