Euro London Appointments Ltd invites applications for a Luxury Travel Consultant (m/f/d) fluent in German and English to join a global luxury lifestyle team. The role involves advising premium clients, handling quotes and bookings, and crafting bespoke itineraries for high-end travel experiences.

Ideal candidates have several years in travel, Amadeus or a GDS, a tourism-related degree, and a passion for luxury lifestyle. Hybrid work is available with remote options for international colleagues.

Formación

• Fluency in German and English at professional level (C2).
• University degree in tourism or related field.
• Several years’ experience in travel industry with a tour operator or agency.
• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) and destination expertise.
• Passion for luxury travel, gastronomy, events and culture.
• Service oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work full-time with 80%+ workload; 5 days a week, 08:00–20:00 GMT, Sunday to Thursday.

Responsabilidades

• Advising premium German-speaking customers by phone and email in German and English.
• Handling enquiries from quotes to invoicing for bespoke trips.
• Making bookings with airlines, hotels and travel agencies.
• Preparing bespoke quotes and travel documents and drafting itineraries.
• Advising on and arranging travel experiences and exclusive offers.
• Actively selling special promotions and loyalty benefits.
