Euro London Appointments Ltd is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant (m/f/d) fluent in German to join a global concierge team, with base in Spain or the United Kingdom. You will advise premium cardholders in German and English by phone and email, handle quotes, invoicing and bookings for luxury trips.

The role requires a university degree in tourism, several years in travel, strong GDS knowledge (Amadeus) and a passion for travel, gastronomy, events and culture.

Formación

• German and English at C2 level, written and spoken.
• University degree or equivalent in tourism.
• Several years of travel industry experience with a tour operator or travel agency.
• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) and destinations.
• Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle including gastronomy, events and culture.
• Service-oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work full-time (80% workload).
• Willingness to work 5 days a week 08:00–20:00 GMT, Sunday to Thursday, every third weekend off.

Responsabilidades

• Advising premium cardholders by telephone and email in German and English.
• Handling customer enquiries, from quotes to invoicing for trips.
• Making bookings with airlines, hotels and travel agencies.
• Preparing bespoke quotes, travel documents and itineraries.
• Advising on and arranging luxury travel experiences.
• Actively selling promotions and exclusive offers.
