Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking a Sales Manager to join our Marketing & Commerce team. Based at Mallorca, you will execute hotel sales strategies for European markets, manage day-to-day activities, nurture key client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue.

You will work closely with reservations, front office and operations to ensure service excellence, conduct sales calls, organize familiarization trips, and coordinate campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in a luxury sales role within hospitality or premium retail.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; skilled in luxury client service.
