Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a detail‑driven Housekeeping Attendant to join the luxury Housekeeping team. The role is full‑time (40 hours per week) with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

You will help maintain Hyatt's high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest care across all guest rooms. Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills and a service‑oriented mindset, with basic Spanish and a readiness to work in a fast‑paced, international hotel environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms according to Hyatt standards.
• Make beds with fresh linen and ensure room presentation.
• Dust furniture, lamps, shades, doors, and fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and perform spot-cleaning as needed.
• Clean, wash and dry bathrooms and replace guest supplies.
• Report maintenance issues and safeguard hotel property.
• Greet guests promptly and assist courteously during service.
• Collect and return shift worksheets, devices, and keys.
• Follow Do Not Disturb indications and escalate as required.
