Christian Dior Couture in Madrid is offering a Sales Assistant Internship to join our luxury boutique. You will learn and apply excellent customer care, product knowledge, and store procedures while supporting the Store Manager and boutique team.

The ideal candidate has university education or a fashion school degree, interest in retail or service, and English at C1–C2; other languages are a plus. Proficiency with Office 365 and basic digital tools is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager and boutique team in daily sales activities.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide a welcoming, client-focused environment across in-person, phone, and e-communication channels.
• Assist in developing local and international Client Book and recruit/top client development.
• Learn product stories and engage clients with knowledge and details.
• Participate in maintenance of boutique order through cleaning, reorganizing and display management.
• Back-office tasks including preparation of deliveries and essential packaging materials.

We are looking for a Sales Assistant Internship to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture As a member of our team, you will learn and acquire the right abilities to be responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the Ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and you can make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

YOUR IMPACT

• Growing your career as a Intern Sales Assistant is a fantastic opportunity to develop critical skills. You can support the Store Manager and the boutique team in the following activities:
• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through e-communication
• Assist in developing local and international Client Book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients
• Learn stories of our product and engage clients through product knowledge and details
• Problem-solving in partnership with the team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client
• Participation in the maintenance of the boutique order through the cleaning and reorganizing of the Boutique and the fitting rooms and the control of the product exposition.
• Back-office activity with preparation of a delivery and of the essential elements for the products packaging and wrapping.

Profile

Requirements

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

• Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
• University education or a Fashion school degree.
• English (C1-C2) + other languages are a plus.
• Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software.
