You will drive sales through walk-ins, calls and emails, develop relationships with clients, and support events and CRM initiatives. Fluency in English and 5+ years of luxury retail experience are required to join our team.

Formación

• High level English (professional/business proficiency).
• 5+ years of experience as a sales associate in the luxury market.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the success of the AP House by delivering an exceptional and personalized client experience.
• Drive sales by managing walk-in, phones and email interactions.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Support AP House operations and ensure effective use of sales tools and processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and actively contribute to clienteling strategies.
• Support marketing events and contribute to AP House performance and objectives.
