Loewe in Barcelona is seeking a Client Advisor Intern to learn daily in a luxury retail environment. You will support a refined client experience, assist with CRM activities, and help present the collections through storytelling.

The role offers a 2-3 month internship, mentorship, and opportunities in a collaborative team. Daily lunch allowance and study support are provided as part of the program.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in a university program and eligible to sign an internship agreement covering the full duration.
• Able to provide a valid university internship agreement.
• Interest in luxury retail and client experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support the client experience with personalized interactions.
• Assist CRM activities and clienteling.
• Support product presentation through storytelling.
• Welcome and guide clients as first contact.
• Assist with order preparation, packaging and gifting.
• Support in-store events and daily store operations.
