LOEWE in Madrid seeks a Client Advisor Intern to support delivering refined client experiences in our luxury boutique. You will develop key retail and clienteling skills while learning day-to-day operations.

You must be enrolled in a university and able to sign an internship convenio for the full 6 months. Fluent in English and Spanish, you will join a dynamic, team-driven environment with mentorship and study support.

Responsabilidades

• Support client experience with personalized interactions.
• Assist CRM activities and clienteling.

• Assist with on-site tasks including order prep and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with team to support store operations.

As a Client Advisor Intern , you will support the delivery of a refined client experience while immersing yourself in the day-to-day operations of a luxury boutique and developing key retail and clienteling skills.

Job responsibilities

• Supporting the client experience by contributing to the creation of memorable and personalized interactions.
• Assisting in building client relationships and supporting CRM activities (follow-up, communication, and clienteling).
• Supporting product presentation through storytelling and a strong understanding of the collections.
• Welcoming and greeting clients as the first point of contact: identifying needs and directing them to the appropriate Client Advisor.
• Assisting with order preparation, packaging, and gifting.
• Working collaboratively as part of the team and contributing to daily store operations.
• Supporting Visual Merchandising in line with LOEWE standards.
• Assisting in the organization and execution of in-store events.
• Supporting inventory management and other back-of-house operational tasks.
• Contributing to the achievement of individual and store objectives.
• Adhering to company policies and standards, including professional image and conduct.

• You must be currently enrolled in a University program and be eligible to sign an internship agreement (“convenio de prácticas”) with your University.
• The agreement must cover the full duration of the internship (6 months).
• Candidates who are not able to provide a valid University internship agreement will not be considered.
