Loewe in Barcelona is seeking a Client Advisor Intern to learn daily in a luxury retail environment. You will support a refined client experience, assist with CRM activities, and help present the collections through storytelling.

The role offers a 2-3 month internship, mentorship, and opportunities in a collaborative team. Daily lunch allowance and study support are provided as part of the program.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in a university program and eligible to sign an internship agreement covering the full duration.
• Able to provide a valid university internship agreement.
• Interest in luxury retail and client experience.

As a Client Advisor Intern , you will support the delivery of a refined client experience while immersing yourself in the day-to-day operations of a luxury boutique and developing key retail and clienteling skills.

Job responsibilities

• Supporting the client experience by contributing to the creation of memorable and personalized interactions.
• Assisting in building client relationships and supporting CRM activities (follow-up, communication, and clienteling).
• Supporting product presentation through storytelling and a strong understanding of the collections.
• Welcoming and greeting clients as the first point of contact: identifying needs and directing them to the appropriate Client Advisor.
• Assisting with order preparation, packaging, and gifting.
• Working collaboratively as part of the team and contributing to daily store operations.
• Supporting Visual Merchandising in line with LOEWE standards.
• Assisting in the organization and execution of in-store events.
• Supporting inventory management and other back-of-house operational tasks.
• Contributing to the achievement of individual and store objectives.
• Adhering to company policies and standards, including professional image and conduct.

• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

You must be currently enrolled in a University program and be eligible to sign an internship agreement (“convenio de prácticas”) with your University. The agreement must cover the full duration of the internship. Candidates who are not able to provide a valid University internship agreement will not be considered.
