Zusammenfassung

Catalonia Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Food and Beverage Department for a new 5-star resort in Zanzibar. You will supervise daily restaurant operations, ensure service standards, manage costs, and deliver personalized VIP service to repeat guests and Catalonia Rewards members.

You will coordinate inventories, staff scheduling, training, and event support while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards and covering F&B management in the manager's absence.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years in a similar position.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Advanced Technical Degree in Tourism.

Aufgaben

• Manage the daily operation of the restaurant and oversee service quality.
• Coordinate inventories, purchasing, and cost control with the F&B team.
• Lead staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations; conduct weekly area meetings.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests and loyalty program members to meet high expectations.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel standards; supervise events per BEOs.
