• Experience in real estate, preferably residential sales.
• In-depth knowledge of Maresme residential market and prime areas.
• Understanding of real estate, legal and financial concepts.
• Advanced English and Spanish; additional languages valued.
• Professional, communicative, negotiation skills, self-motivated.
• Financially oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
• Able to work independently and in an international team.
• Proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Organized and flexible, hands-on, customer service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• In-depth knowledge of Maresme and its prime residential areas.
• Source and list properties for sale in target locations.
• Develop a strong network of property owners across the area.
• Collect and verify property documentation and sign mediation agreements.
• Build and manage strong client relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Deal with allocated clients from initial contact through negotiation to closing.
• Manage the full sales cycle and provide creative closing solutions.
• Keep the CRM updated with clients' requirements and activity.
• Work closely with the wider team to share market knowledge and opportunities.
