The ideal candidate will manage the industrialisation process, oversee pilot runs, and ensure product accuracy against luxury standards. Candidates must demonstrate fluency in Spanish and English and possess strong project management and analytical skills. Formación

• Proven experience managing pilot runs and pre-production trials.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage industrialisation of new products from sketch to bulk approval.
• Lead pilot runs and pre-production trials, implementing improvements.
• Review product accuracy against tech packs and maintain luxury standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production.
• Optimise production methods to meet targets while preserving craftsmanship.

Conocimientos

Fluent in Spanish and English

Experience in product industrialisation or production management
