Job summary

LVMH Beauty Iberia seeks an Internal Control Intern to support the integrity of financial and operational processes in Spain. You will help implement and follow up on the internal control framework, collaborating with the Internal Control team and various departments to ensure effective controls and sustainable performance.

The role offers exposure to internal control within HR and beyond, with a focus on local needs, training delivery, and coordination with cross-functional teams across LVMH

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, or related field.
• Able to sign an internship agreement for at least 6 months with their university.
• Around 1 year of experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, or related areas.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Analytical, rigorous, and detail-oriented profile.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution, follow-up, and continuous improvement of LVMH Beauty’s internal control framework across financial, operational, Retail, and ethics controls.
• Support internal audit processes, including follow-up of open findings and action plans with relevant teams.
• Provide support to business units on local Internal Control needs, aligning with Group guidelines.
• Assist in SAP access management and ensure proper segregation of duties.
• Contribute to development and delivery of internal control training for the local organization.
