Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is seeking a Purchasing Trainee to assist the purchasing team, supporting procurement operations and inventory controls in a luxury hotel setting on Ibiza. You will help with ordering, vendor research and ensuring timely delivery of goods, while collaborating with storekeeping and finance teams to improve efficiency and cost savings.

• Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management, Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• High level of Microsoft Office is desirable.
• Organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail, a proactive approach and a team-oriented mindset.
• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and support the purchasing team in achieving property goals and maintaining efficient purchasing processes.
• Help with ordering of supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
• Support negotiations and supplier relationships to achieve best value for the hotel.
• Collaborate with storekeeping and finance teams; assist in monthly stock audits and updating inventory records.
