SLS Barcelona is seeking a Groups, Billing and Rooming Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will manage group bookings, handle billing processes, and coordinate room assignments to ensure seamless events for our luxury clientele.

The role requires a degree in hotel management and 2+ years in hospitality or luxury events, with fluency in Spanish and English. You will collaborate across departments, support weekly meetings, and contribute to a high-end guest

Formación

• Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• 2+ years of hospitality/luxury events or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate group reservations and act as main contact for rooming lists and billing details.
• Coordinate with Conference Manager to align rooming and billing with event operations.
• Manage room blocks and monitor group reservations for timely updates.
• Prepare and distribute rooming lists to departments and ensure special requests are met.
• Prepare and process group billing and review charges.
• Charge incidentals incurred by the group in-house.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns promptly.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings and credit meetings.
