The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. seeks a Management-level sales professional in Barcelona to proactively solicit and manage group and transient sales, driving revenue and loyalty.

You will lead the hotel’s segment sales efforts, up-sell opportunities, and ensure timely turnover for service delivery across events and programs. Candidate requirements include a 2-year or 4-year degree in business-related fields and 2–4 years of sales/marketing experience.

Formación

• 2-year or 4-year degree in a relevant field with experience in sales/marketing.
• 4-year degree with at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand customer base for group and transient sales opportunities.
• Responds to incoming group and transient opportunities and negotiates contracts.
• Manages departmental budget, including group and transient sales.
• Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
• Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management.

Educación

2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major

4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
