The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama is looking for a Runner for our Italian Verona restaurant. You will join a professional team delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests in a luxury setting.

Candidates should be service-oriented, with attention to detail and a passion for hospitality. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with additional languages considered an advantage; a valid Spain work permit is essential.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or fine dining environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
• A valid work permit for Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Support the restaurant team in preparing and organizing service operations.
• Welcome and assist guests and customers with courtesy, professionalism, and warmth.
• Prepare tables and service areas in accordance with the standards of a fine dining restaurant.
• Assist waiters during service, ensuring that all necessary items and materials are available at all times.
• Serve food and beverages following established quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Support the delivery of dishes and contribute to the smooth execution of each course throughout the dining experience.
• Gradually develop knowledge of the restaurant's culinary concept, products, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Assist with wine and beverage service under the guidance of the specialized team.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with the kitchen, restaurant team, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Respond to guests' needs and special requests promptly, discreetly, and with empathy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within all assigned work areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
