The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama invites applications for a Runner at MB** by Martín Berasategui. Join a professional team delivering exceptional dining experiences and guest-first service at a luxury resort by the Atlantic.

In this role you will support service preparation, welcome guests, and assist the dining team with wine and beverage service while developing your skills within a renowned gastronomy program and international hospitality environment.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in hospitality or fine dining is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
• Professional, courteous and guest-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the restaurant team with preparation and organization of service.
• Welcome and attend to guests with courtesy and warmth.
• Prepare tables and service areas according to fine-dining standards.
• Assist the waiter/waitress during service to ensure items are available.
• Serve food and beverages according to quality and service standards.
• Assist with the presentation and delivery of dishes and smooth service.
• Develop knowledge of restaurant offerings, products, and ingredients.
• Support wine and beverage service under supervision of the specialist team.
• Maintain communication with kitchen and front-of-house for a smooth service.
• Handle guest requests with speed, discretion and empathy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the dining room.
• Anticipate guest needs and contribute to exceeding expectations.
• Follow The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and service standards.
