Cassina in Madrid is seeking a Sales Advisor to contribute to store sales, profitability and service objectives, reporting to the Store Manager, while delivering an outstanding client experience.

You will act as the primary contact for clients, designers and buyers, nurture relationships with architects and designers, and ensure luxury standards in product displays and hospitality. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Design or Architecture.
• 4–6 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Previous experience in high-end furniture sales is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Established relationships with architects and designers (A&D).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the design industry.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, designers and buyers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions;
• Develop new business relationships and identify new business opportunities;
• Deliver excellent client service while contributing to the achievement of sales targets;
• Ensure that product displays and visual merchandising activities are maintained according to the highest company standards;
• Contribute to ensuring a best-in-class luxury experience and outstanding level of hospitality within the Store;
• Support and participate in business events and commercial activities;
• Support Store events by engaging designers, interior decorators and clients and encouraging their participation;
• Contribute to expanding and developing the company database through accurate client data registration and profiling;
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to Headquarters through the use of company information systems, CRM and reporting tools, providing all relevant information regarding sales quotes, leads and client visits;
• Prepare regular sales forecasts in collaboration with the Madrid Store Manager.
