Puig Deutschland GmbH in Barcelona is seeking a creative professional to join the International Retail Design & VM team for Carolina Herrera Beauty. You will design and implement high quality in‑store assets and guide market implementations.

The role focuses on temporary POS materials, development of guidelines, and collaboration with marketing, production, and regional teams to deliver compelling customer journeys.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience working in retail design or visual merchandising.
• A high level of creativity and strong aesthetic taste with out-of-the-box vision.
• Ability to identify main objectives on a project and propose solutions accordingly.
• Experience managing projects that involve creative development, production, and cross-department communication.
• Understanding of beauty and luxury fashion.

Responsabilidades

• Develop eye-catching and functional animation spaces to promote launches and limited editions in points of sale.
• Maintain aesthetic vision and attention to small details.
• Design small POSM and large space elements within target costs and sustainability goals.
• Propose new concepts to complement marketing briefs and ensure feasible production.
