Utopia is seeking an AV & BMS Design Engineer to lead design development of luxury villas and boutique hotels worldwide, delivering innovative engineering solutions that preserve luxury aesthetics and performance.

You will collaborate with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, and BIM modellers, report to an MEP design manager, and produce detailed drawings, specifications, and weekly intermediate results. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical or Building Engineering with AV/BMS focus.
• 4–10 years of experience in design consultancy or general contractor.
• Experience on residential and hospitality projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design AV & BMS systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels, ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other engineers to integrate systems into the project.
• Develop detailed drawings, technical documentation, and system specifications using CAD/BIM tools.
• Lead value engineering discussions to balance cost, quality and performance.
• Supervise design development and review deliverables from third-party designers and consultants.
