UTOPIA is seeking a Design Architect for a fully remote role focused on boutique hospitality assets. You will conduct research, develop sketches, and produce drawings across early RIBA stages, reporting to a project architect while collaborating with interior designers, CGI artists, MEP, and structural engineers.

You will work CET or UK hours with weekly intermediate deliverables and strong emphasis on design storytelling, material exploration, and luxury hospitality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• 7–10 years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, or Rhino/Lumion/Enscape.
• Advanced/Fluent English; portfolio mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Work on high-end hospitality projects as a design architect.
• Conduct feasibility studies and volumetric proposals.
• Interpret design briefs and collaborate with clients to achieve results.
• Produce mood boards, presentations, and references.
• Develop concept designs and schematic details for RIBA stages 1–3.
• Coordinate with BIM team and other disciplines.
