Job summary

Satispay is recruiting an Investment Products Operations Specialist to join our Luxembourg-based team, reporting to the Head of Investment Firm. You’ll oversee order monitoring, partner relations, and reconciliation across custody and trading partners, enabling scalable, reliable operations for growing asset classes. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Fintech or Investment Operations.
• Experience with mutual funds, equities, ETFs, or crypto products.
• Direct exposure to custodians, trade execution partners, transfer agents.
• Experience building automated processes for high trading volumes.
• English fluency; Italian language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order Monitoring and Daily Triage of retail trades.
• Partner & Transfer Agent Operations with custody partners.
• Daily cash, position, and trade reconciliations.
• Bridge Luxembourg finance with Milan product/engineering teams.
• Operational readiness for new asset classes including crypto assets.
