A leading financial institution is seeking a Markets Enterprise Architect to join their team in Boadilla Del Monte, Spain. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Treasury and Markets products, lead global initiatives, and have excellent skills in English and Spanish. You will support the strategic agenda and ensure that solutions align with the global architecture. This role requires a proactive approach and readiness to travel.

Formación

• Relevant experience in Treasury and Markets.
• Experience leading global, cross-business, and geographical initiatives is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support the SCIB CTO in delivering the division's strategic agenda.
• Review requirements, functionality, and business impact of new projects.
• Design and define projects to align with global architecture.
• Coordinate across geographies and asset classes.
• Liaise with regulatory and operational support areas.
• Oversee governance across functional, technical, cloud, APIs, and cybersecurity aspects.

Conocimientos

Deep knowledge of Treasury and Markets products across asset classes and geographies

Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and operational procedures for markets

Knowledge of trading and booking platforms for financial instruments

Experience implementing end-to-end workflows and solutions

Relevant experience with Agile methodologies

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish

Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills

Ability to work under pressure and be goal-oriented

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

MBA or Master in Finance

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the SCIB CTO in delivering the division's strategic agenda, leading projects, and governance activities.

• Design and define projects, ensuring solutions align with global architecture; collaborate with leadership and global teams.
• Coordinate across geographies and asset classes to provide homogeneous, reusable solutions; influence senior stakeholders.
• Liaise with regulatory and operational support areas.
• Oversee governance across functional, technical, cloud, APIs, and cybersecurity aspects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in Treasury and Markets.
• Experience leading global, cross-business, and geographical initiatives is highly desirable.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar; MBA or Master in Finance is a plus.
