This role focuses on training delivery assurance and conducting training needs analyses while adhering to compliance standards. Description Of The Job

The jobholder will join the Training Delivery & Development area (TAST02) to support the EuroDrone (ED) Program for Training delivery assurance and ToCoQ.

Main activities:

• Support the realization of business targets within the EuroDrone program, focusing on Training Needs and Training Delivery Services.
• Ensure Training Needs Analysis activities from Prime (ADS GmbH) are completed.
• Oversee Training Delivery for ED.
• Lead the definition and execution of the Training Instructor Plan for ED.
• Conduct Global Training Needs Analysis for end customers (Participant Nations).
• Ensure Operator Readiness (TAST) for training.
• Deliver training according to plan, including Certified Instructors Ramp-Up.
• Support Program and Customer Partner activities related to training forums and topics.
• Support development of training means: Full Flight Simulator, Part Task Trainer, Computed Based Training, collaborating with Simulation Services SME and validating courseware.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (aeronautical or equivalent).
• Senior Expert in LTA & MRTT Training delivery & development products.
• Customer-focused with clear goal orientation.
• Strong team working skills in multicultural environments.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel to ADS customer facilities.
• Experience in face-to-face meetings, discussions, and negotiations with ADS customers.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English communication skills.
• Innovative mindset capable of generating new ideas.
• Skills in managing priorities and ensuring product quality.
• Adherence to Ethics and Compliance standards.
