Job summary

Draper B1, a Valencia-based venture capital fund, seeks a proactive investor relations professional to lead LP engagement and fundraising efforts. You will build and maintain an active investor network, organize gatherings, and coordinate close meetings with the Managing Partners.

The role requires 2–4 years in private banking, wealth management, or investor relations, with fluency in English and Spanish. Hybrid work is offered, along with a clear career path within the Draper network.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in private banking, wealth management, or investor relations/fundraising in VC or PE.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proactive, commercially minded with CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and activate the LP/investor base.
• Organize events and meetings with family offices, HNWIs, and advisors.
• Coordinate fundraising materials, data rooms, and onboarding docs.
• Maintain reporting and updates to LPs and portfolio connections.
• Coordinate scheduling for Managing Partners' meetings and closings.
